About the event
Dear TVCA members,
The community/board meeting of December 1 did not finish before we needed to vacate the room. Therefore, the December 1 meeting will continue on December 9 at the Tesuque Elementary School at 5 pm (Amy notified us that the 8th is unavailable).
We will be using paper ballots for the voting. We will be checking people in to ensure that they are members of the organization. If not a current member, we will have membership forms available. Every member will get a ballot for themselves and one for any proxies that that are carrying. The close of check-in will be at 5:30, and anyone not on line (if any) at that time will not be able to check in and vote.
The agenda for the meeting are the remaining items on the earlier agenda: selection of directors and setting the dates of the 2026 meetings. After everyone…
