MEETING MINUTES

First meeting of the year via Zoom, with newly elected directors and selection of officers.

Community meeting to elect six new directors to the Board of the TVCA

Amongst other agenda items, this meeting concluded with the initiation of discussion regarding nominations and election of new board members. Nominations and elections were not completed due to time constraints and will resume at a second meeting on December 9, listed on the events page. The TVCA directors met on September 15, 2025, at 5:30 at the Tesuque School. The directors present were: Lynn Pickard, Jeanne Boyles, Jerry Barron, and Margo Cutler. Richard Renaldo, David Dougherty, and Christi Clancy were absent. Lynn has a standing proxy for Richard and she had been given proxies for this meeting by David and Christi.

The power outage did not prevent a core group of TVCA members and some new ones from gathering at the home of Jeanne Boyles.

Minutes for the Board meeting of Tesuque Valley Community Association

The meeting at the Tesuque School gymnasium began promptly at 5:30. Present were board members Lynn Pickard, Bruce MacAllister, and Jeanne Boyles. Lynn had proxies for Margo Cutler, Jerry Barron, Cam Duncan, and Richard Renaldo. Also present were community members Jamie Gagan, Cathie Sullivan, Orlando Diaz, John McCrory, Karen Klitgaard, David Dougherty, and Mary Helen Perea. The minutes of the previous TVCA meeting had been emailed in advance and, as there were no objections, were deemed to have been approved.

The meeting at the Tesuque School gymnasium began promptly at 5:30. Present were board members Lynn Pickard, Annie Laurie Coogan, Cam Duncan, Bruce MacAllister, Richard Renaldo, and Jeanne Boyles. Lynn had proxies for Margo Cutler and Jerry Barron. Also present were community members Jamie Gagan, Bruce Stuart, Bruce Scott, Rachel White, Cathie Sullivan, Jan Wisniewski, Hannah Burnes, Carol Sorenson, Bill Mueller, Claire Libin, Rusty Day, Kristin Day, Orlando Diaz, Ann Dillon, Mike Dillon, Kerry Mitchell, Debbie MacAllister, Kalb, Fire Chief Scott Hicks, and County Commissioner Justin Greene.

Board and General TVCA meeting

Annual General Membership and Board meeting held in the gymnasium of
the Tesuque Elementary

The meeting at the Tesuque School gymnasium began shortly after 5:30 with a larger than anticipated turn-out of 31 Tesuque area residents, including six TVCA board members and the new leader of the Tesuque Elementary school.

The meeting began with socializing at the home of Jeanne Boyles. Community members Shirley
LNU and Pam Porcella as well as board member Lynn Pickard brought snacks and wine, and
Jeanne also offered wine, beer, and water.
