This was the continuation of the meeting from December 1, which was cut short due to time constraints of the venue. About 65 community members gathered to listen to nominee speeches followed by voting for six open seats on the TVCA Board of Directors.

The results of the election were that the following people were voted in as directors:

Jack Lippincott
Lynn Pickard
Bernadette Romero Jaramillo
Cathie Sullivan

After the meeting, the slate of meetings for 2026 was discussed and decided. The meetings will be as follows:

February 9 Board Meeting
May 4 Combined Board and Community Meeting
September 14 Board Meeting
December 7 Combined Board and Annual Community Meeting
